For instance, the value weight and CBM of the goods are 850 KGS / 1.3 CBM, and 850 KGS divided by 1000 KGS is 0.85 CBM which is less than 1.3 CBM, so carrier would regard the goods as Measurement Cargo. On the other hand, if the goods are 1500 KGS / 1.3 CBM, then the goods would be Dead Weight Cargo.
