Breaking News | What do we do if consignee request to change the port of discharge after the goods on board?
For FCL goods, we would check whether the ship stops by the port which consignee requested to discharge at. If the ship stops at the port, we would ask carrier to change the port of discharge and then inform shipper and consignee the change. Besides, corrected declaration should be submitted to carrier and the related fee should be paid as well. After that, shipper would get amended house bill of lading.
